One of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, I went there for breakfast and it was an unforgettable experience. I had the mushroom on toast and it was full of flavor.

If you look past the foul mouthed and aggressive public persona of Gordon Ramsay, there stands a man who is a master of his craft. I’ve binge watched video after video of him cooking- he’s impeccable with technique and his signature dishes are sophisticated touches to classics. You find exactly that at London House. If you’re not a meat eater, you’re definitely at a disadvantage because meat is Ramsay’s jam. Do have the steaks, they’re so good I literally found it unbelievable that it was possible to get meat to be that juicy and tender. Honestly, I’d suggest skipping to the mains (you’ll want to order seconds), it’s just food that is extraordinary in quality and taste.

We went on a special offer – the only way we could afford it really – and it was a pleasant surprise. We thought it would be snobby and stuffy and it wasnt. The food isnt the best ever but its really very good and a lot less pretencious than we feared. Service was fantastic. Good value with offer.

A very unique experience on the other side of the river. The chef seems to believe that good food can be cooked to perfection without having to shout its ‘sophistication’. The pastries and deserts are outstanding, at the level that every Michelin establishment aspires for.
