The Jolly Fryer is a family run fish and chip shop located on the Oxford Road next to Reading west station. The shop has been open since 2010. The Jolly Fryer is a traditional fish and chip shop offering a range of different fish, sausages, fishcake, pies and accompaniments. Our renowned chips are made from fresh, daily cut british potatoes. Furthermore our fish is also fresh and filleted daily. Wherever possible we source our foods from british farms and stores. Here at the Jolly Fryer we pride ourselves on three main values: excellent customer service, high quality food and exceptional cleanliness. These values are what seperate us from other fish and chip shops nationally. Our staff are highly trained in these fields and are always willing to help, adjust and satisfy according to different customers needs and wants. These values are also backed up by our 5 star Food Standards Agency hygeine rating. At the Jolly Fryer we make our fish fresh whilst you wait in order to ensure that your fish is of the best quality and that you are fully satisfied with your experience.
