Mandarin Kitchen , this restaurant has one of the slowest service on earth. We visited here on a Friday night for Dinner and obviously it was almost full . Whenever I passed by this particular restaurant , I have always seen it over crowded. So I just wanted to try it once . The only thing which I didn’t liked about this restaurant is the service is very very slow . After ordering, it took them 40-50 mins to get our order on the table , but I can understand as it was too crowded. But they should look for some alternative for this too . Anyway, We ordered Red snapper fillet in Ginger sauce, king prawns in Manadarin Sauce, king prawns in black pepper sauce Steamed tiger prawns in Garlic sauce , prawns fried rice and Chicken fried noodles. I must say , each and every items were delicious, especially the sea food . Overall , Amazing food with lovely ambience. Just ignore the crowd as you might not able to hear your own friends or family’s voice on the table.
I have been coming to this place for more than 20 years so far.. it is my favorite chinese restaurant ever.. I have travelled around the world but never tested such a good chinese food.. I always order: King Prawns with their special sauce… Turbot Fish (they have 1 catch per day only) .. also Shrimps in Curry Sauce & Beef in Curry Sauce.. Also, the lobster noodles as well as their fried egg rice ..
Best place to go to for a sea food lover. The crab was delicious! Can be shared between 2 or 3 people.Busy place because of the tasty food – do book in advance if possible.
I have been going there for years. Fresh and delicious food specially the lobster, the staff are friendly and a great place to take people to.
Delicious lobster (with ginger and spring onion sauce) on a bed of egg noodles. The chef must have put a whole bunch of spring onions on ours, it was everywhere! Yummy though. Lobster tastes fresh and easily peels off the shell. Good service. Nicely air conditioned. operationgoodfood.wordpress.com
The interior needs some TLC but the lobster noodles are fab!
