Let us introduce you to authentic Italian gelato made fresh each day from the finest seasonal ingredients. We are from Turin in Italy and we handcraft our gelato and sorbetto in-house using the traditional Italian churning method 'mantecazione'. Our gelato is made using fresh, non-homogenised milk and cream from the cows at Vine Farm Dairy, at Great Dalby in Leicestershire. Our sorbetto is dairy free, made only with fresh, seasonal fruit. We never use artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. Flavours change daily according to availability and seasonality of the raw ingredients. We also offer a wide range of hot and cold drinks, waffles and Italian cakes and pastries - baked in house.
