My overall experience was average. Staff were friendly, restaurant looked good and food tasted good. I had the Peanut Butter milkshake, Peanut Butter Bacon Beef Burger and Peri Peri Fries. The milkshake was average, it wasnt bad which is good but didnt taste all that amazing like other peanut butter milkshakes Ive had. It needed a bit more peanut butter and a thicker consistency. The beef was very well done, it was tasty, thick and juicy, great thick size. I liked the chilli jam but felt the peanut Butter needed to be brought out more in the burger as I didnt even taste it. No point calling it peanut butter burger if you cant taste it. I really like the chips nice and thick however the peri peri seasoning was a bit tricky as it was only sprinkled on the top and not coated on my chips so one was really spicy the other plain Nice calm atmosphere in the restaurant, they have a large menu which is good never seen so many burgers on a menu and great thing is I didnt finish which means their portions are perfect for me. But I never finish my meals I have a small appetite Pricing is very decent all together my meal came just under 15 I may return again on an empty stomach to try some more things on their menu
I’ve been a couple of times since it opened. And always forget what a disappointment it is. 1st time was bad service and only got half of what i ordered and the chips always strike me as less than second Tate for a place that is charging over a rennet for what is basically a mcdonalds! Go elsewhere and enjoy your food. Or eat here and be disappointed. Your choice.

Ho-hum. Having previously been resident in Birmingham I had experience of the Handmade Burger Co. at Brindley Place and tried this branch out when it opended.The food is reasonable, perhaps a smidge above Wetherspoons pub fare, but only just. It does not warrant the price though, not nearly. A three minute walk away and you can have a truly splendid dining experience and a few pounds left in your pocket. And this without having to sit cheek by jowl with the shopping and cinema crowd. I wont say where as that would cast doubt on my review, but suffice to say that if you settle for this you probably will be fine. If you are more discerning why the heck haven’t you found the good places yet? It’s not hard. There are a good number of better places a short walk from here.This is fine, don’t get me wrong. But why pay the best part of a tenner, or more for 6/10 when 9/10 can be had for a fiver a stones throw away?
Nice burgers, good service but bit pricey
I’ve been to this restaurant on a couple of occasions and tried the chicken and beef burgers. I find it a really nice and relaxed environment. It’s by no means a formal restaurant but the food is good and it’s a good place to chill out and talk. Also it’s just round the corner from the cinema. All in all it’s a grand place.
We went at lunch time on a week day so was pretty quiet. All staff were amazing, friendly, funny and really made you feel welcome. Decor is classy for a burger restaurant with black and White tables and chairs and sparkly fairy lights. Food was fast and possibly the best lamb burger I have ever tasted! Rustic chips and coke out of a glass bottle. Also have loyalty card. Must go for any burger lover!
