Pizza Express has gone mega downhill; absolute rubbish. I should have known this was going to be a bad experience when the manager failed to even smile when we walked in.With such high prices and the high end brand, you would expect high standard of service/food. NOPE!The food was average at best and service was non-existent. The manager did not seem with it and the atmosphere was poor.The food order took an age to arrive, when it did, it was not what we ordered. It should not take an additional10 minutes to get black pepper to you.Dessert was ordered, finally came, then another 5 minutes for spoons!In the current economic climate, surely you think this company would be fighting for business; obviously not!
