Finely fried in our own secret batter recipe passed down through generations, since opening in 2007 we have built a solid reputation for serving the finest Fish & Chips for miles around. We only serve the best quality Icelandic cod & haddock sourced from sustainable waters, combined with the finest Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire potatoes from which we cut our chips. This ensures the end product is in a class of its own. The Willow is a specialist traditional Fish & Chip shop, we concentrate on producing outstanding Fish & Chips instead of trying to cater for every taste. Our short opening hours mean that you can be sure that everything that ends up on your plate is fresh and has not been standing for hours.
