The seasonal menu at Rosannas is an expression of Sicilian tradition and creativity by head chef Rosanna Aliotta. Our food is rooted in authenticity, inspired by every day Sicilian favourites. From our vibrant breakfast and brunch menu, to our daily-prepared fresh pasta dishes and delicious homemade cakes, you will experience some of the true flavours in Sicilian cuisine. Working under the concept of food being simply authentic and reimagined, every dish is crafted like Grandma used to do with a special Rosanna twist. Many of the dishes on our menu are inspired by Rosannas childhood in Catania, Sicily, and stories from her Grandmother, Rosa.
