Being a steak lover, I can say that Constancia steaks are the best I have had in London! The steak was cooked to perfection. Love for some argentine royalty meal? Constancia is the place to go!!
JCF. Very Disappointing. The place seems to run by students. The steaks look impressive but they DONT have any flavor!I don’t eat with salt but I had to add plenty of the white stuff in order to get some flavor.60 each bill, don’t bother, go to Gaucho up the road, you will be so pleased.#neveragain
Parrillada Mixto (for 2 people). The little mini sharing grills at the table are popular here. Be warned though that your steak will continue to cook at the table – Medium rare turns to Medium fairly quickly, so be careful what your order.We had the mixed grill, which worked well with the provolone cheese. The Steak was a bit fatty but other wise ok, just not as good as at Gaucho’s.Constancia is pretty loud with mainly male clientele – must be all that red meat! I would say that it’s more of a venue for a boys night out, than somewhere to have a quiet dinner.We had no room for dessert, but we did try a couple of their inexpensive dessert wines, it was also nice to see that they were supporting the local microbrewer by selling The Kernel Pale Ale.Interesting enough place but perhaps not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit. noexpert.co.uk
