We are an authentic southern style, casual American BBQ joint with our routes firmly in Alabama. The old smokehouse theme is clear throughout the restaurant but ultimately it is all about the food. We burn hickory wood and smoke our meats "low and slow" for up to 16 hours in our own on-site smokers. Whether you are dining in or "hauling" away, we hope you have a smokin' good experience.
