Service is truly awful! To many issues today to list in detail from staff taking an age to stop talking to colleagues to be bothered to serve customers standing right in front of them at the bar, wrong meals delivered to table, meals turning up one by one. First meal arrived, 15 minutes later a second meal (which was wrong and had to be taken back) turned up … then another ten minutes and a lot of enquiries from me later and the rest of the food arrived. Even then still not right! At least it was consistent and happened with both the main meals and the deserts ordered, and was taking place for the customers on the table next to us as well. Beyond appalling! Staff also thought it was appropriate to argue back, and to suggest that we had in fact ordered the two incorrect puddings they had in hand rather than go and get the ones we had in fact ordered. Comical if we were not so hungry and had a five year old desperate for food at the table. Very very very unhappy and will not be rushing back!!
