What an appalling experience I’ve had with my friend and son this evening at Laicram restaurant. Below average food, rude staff, and extremely overpriced food I mean my jaw dropped when the bill was revealed (we had water to share, 2 small starters, small broccoli dish, small rice, and inedible noodles). I mean one dish was like a clump of microwavable mush and was left like the majority of the food yet we were still charged as the server tried to say the money back would come out of her wages which I don’t really care about as you should not be rude to paying customers and serve an experience that people are happy to pay for. I’m shocked by tonight’s behavior and how the server tried to argue with me.
