Panas Restaurant in Lee is my favourite for Indian meal. Very friendly service, delicious food and excellent price. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
My husband and I are great lovers of Indian food this place is certainly one of our favourites eaten. We’ve tried many of the dishes and we have yet to find one that isn’t good. Our favourites are the Hara Bhara Kebab and Chilli Chicken. The service is outstanding: they always hold the door for you. The cost is reasonable.

We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.Delivery was quick and free beer is always nice to have as well.23 Apr, 2011Lucy4. Now…… I’m a big fan of Panas Gurkha. The food is really fresh and it’s great for vegetarians as well. It’s quite different from Indian food – as you would expect from a Nepalese restaurant. Overall there’s a lot less oil and spice involved and the fact they use fresh veg rather than frozen (like a lot of Indian restaurants) really makes a difference.I was there Friday night with my few friends and there was Classical Nepalese Music going on and it was extra bonus for us.We never come a cross live Nepalese music…. It was a full of fun n we will be back next Friday.
Excellent takeaway. We came home from work and found the menu with our mail – after trying a dozen other takeaways after moving to Greenwich this will be our go-to! It is fresh with none of the bright processed colors of other curries, and the madeira chicken tikka masala is my new favorite of a staple dish. free nepalese beer with 12 quid or more order is icing on the cake.
Great service!. The guy who greeted us was really inviting and even gave us free snacky bits to get the meal started. Overall I would say the food had some great flavors and it was nice to be able to have a pint of beer from their tap rather than the normal bottle. In my opinion its one of the best indians I have ever been to, but the decor and food presentation feels a little out dated. They could do with a little bit of contemporary rearranging as it looks like something out of the eighties! Still though Id give it a good score as the food and service was great.
