The Guildhall in Walsall's Old Square is an imposing old building which dates all the way back to the 16th century. Now a Grade I listed gem, the site has been converted into a lively neighbourhood Italian restaurant and the never-ending dining room is crammed with tables of all sizes, fairy lights and an open-plan kitchen where chefs are hard at work tossing pizzas in the air.
