This is a ying yang experience. The ambience is great, radio playing in the background. Beautiful hand created murals inside. The coffee is superb, had a latte. The eggs on toast was disappointing. The eggs dry as they were overdone. I would give them a go again and adjust this review next time. One of those places you want to be a 5/5. Alas it is only worthy of a 3/5. Would have been a 1.5/5 were it not for the coffee.

Lovely place for a quiet drink. I really like Half Cup – in fact, having had a hot cup of coffee in the morning, I went back in the afternoon for something a little ‘stronger’. It is elegant and feels unhurried. People are quietly working on their laptops, or chatting, but it has a calm ambience which is just what I was looking for so near to Kings Cross! I will make it a regular on my trips up to town!
