My low point of attending to the Rugby World Cup in England was my visit to Hudson House at the St Giles Hotel, London. The staff were rude, obstructive and spiteful. More specifically the Manageress (who had a foreign accent) should not be allowed to manage a business where service, attitude and friendliness is of the utmost importance. An incident happened on our first day in London during our 3 week tour to watch a couple of Rugby World Cup games which were on. I said to my brother and companion that this was the type of attitude we will be experiencing from hospitality staff, the World Cup Rugby Tournament will soon surely be an absolute let-down. Fortunately I can say that this was the lowest point and we had a wonderful time elsewhere in England, notwitstanding the uncalled for rude, obstructive and spiteful behaviour by the Manageress which we experienced at Hudson House.
