Pretty average place. Ordered a coffee and a salmon egg sandwich. They usually shout out the order and you collect your food. Not the best system in place. The sandwich was really basic and felt like I should have just made it at home.
I visit Moreish a lot, and like it very much: the lunches are delicious, the cakes are superb and the coffee is excellent. The floor is always clean, and the staff have a good sense of humour.
Terrible coffee, rude staff, very dirty. Bad. Bad. Bad. Sort it out. I found the latte lacking, the staff pushy – overselling items people don’t want – and the floor was filthy!
As a true southern european bread and coffee are a must on my daily diet. I decided as a personal mission to look for the perfect expresso – decent price cup, in central london and i have found it. This is the perfect place for that fine, attention to detail, aromatic expresso that even comes with the glass of water you haven’t asked for but would expect on any cafe back at home. 5
