Nice simple Indian food. Though run by Bangladeshi, but amazing grip on Indian cuisine! Place is a little cramped but good ppl make up for it.
1. Another Bangladeshi run Indian food joint !2. Value for money !3. Little congested, there is little space to walk once you are sitting on your table.4. Walking distance from Russell/ Euston stations.5. Parathas are huge (like Pakistani paratha) , 1 is enough for one person, unless you are really hungry.6. We ordered palak paneer and had trouble finding paneer in the dish as the paneer pieces were microscopic!
Good food, great price. It’s often difficult to find good quality diners in London for a reasonable price. I came across Motijheel when staying at a local Holiday Inn nearby and thought I would give it a try.I must admit to being worried when I saw the prices as places at this low cost normally serve small portions or poor food. I need not have worried as neither was true.I didn’t try anything too adventurous but it was great food and the service was good.I cannot find prices this low in Derby never mind London so I was amazed. It gave me chance to order more than usual and still get a cheap, good quality meal.Highly recommended.
