Please note we will be open from 6pm on Sunday 21st April. At Pizza Sophia we prepare our fantastic dough by hand, on site, daily. We use the highest quality Italian, stone ground flours, which have been cold extracted to preserve the goodness of the wheatgerm, & aid digestion. Our cheeses, Italian meats, & vegetables are of the best quality. We smoke our own meats for our speciality "Smokehouse' pizzas. Our beef brisket is marinated in beer & homemade barbecue sauce, then smoked for 8 hours, our fresh herb & lemon chicken only needs about 4 hours ! Our pasta 'al forno' dishes are homemade & delicious. We make the best lasagne in town, whether beef or vegetable. Even our bread is made on site every morning. We are independent, & proud of what we make, great tasting homemade food & hot fired, healthy, hand made pizza.
