We ordered the seafood & chorizo paella and so did the table next to us. When the food arrived, ours only had chorizo but the neighbouring table had chorizo, prawns & calamari. We asked the waitress if both dishes were the same and she said they were. When we pointed out we were missing the seafood she gave that don’t care attitude, went to tell the chef and some other staff. No apology, no follow up and no seafood!! We got cheated!!! Apart from that the food was very greasy and not tasty at all. For GBP12 it was over priced and we didn’t get any seafood. the customer service is very cold and unfriendly. Go to eat inside the market for better deals, tasty food and customer service.
