AWEFUL experience ..Hardly anybody was in the restaurment ..After my initial starter, when I ordered the main course, they bring out a tiny mention at the bottom of the menu that the order needs to be minimum GBP 9.5 pounds . When I protested, the staff was shameless to even charge for water,chutney and accomplishments for 50 pence. DON’T EVER GO TO THIS RIP OFF place. Spoiling name of Indian cuisine when actually it is Bangladeshi run pedestrian shop.
This is the first time I’m having at an Indian restaurant in London. I had good expectations but all in vain. We went for a team dinner around 20 people. The service was pathetic and staff is rude. The food is not that great. I ordered naan with chicken tikka, naan was OK but tikka was very sweet.
Excellent. I booked City Tandoori for a colleagues leaving do and there were 18 of us in total. Concidering the size of our party the service was excellent and the food was hot, tasty and served very quickly. Our table was booked for 7pm and by the time we’d finished eating at 9 the restaurant was full with diners. Overall my experiance at the city Tandoori was excellent, I’d eat there again and recommend it.
Nothing special. It wasn’t overly busy, but service was still quite tardy. The food isn’t particularly great, and the prices not a redeeming feature either. I’ll be trying others in the area.
