There is no if and but about the view from this restaurant , food and ambience is equally great , instead of paying 33 GDP for going up the shard and having a vied of city it is always better to be here and enjoy.please do not forget to pre book.
Lets start with the food… we had dinner for 3 and I must say we all loved our food. We had the squid, tenderloin, chicken and vegetarian pasta. All the dishes were cooked as asked and tasted nice.For the wine, we had a bottle of Malbec and it was lovely.The view – the view was good, except we werent close to the window so didnt really get the full view. But you can still take it all in. We spend 219 for 3 people including wine.Remember to arrive early to go through security. Dont try to stop the lifts as it closes on you! And note – stick to your booking time if its an early sitting.
