Level 9 Restaurant is Tate Moderns premium dining location in a contemporary, architectural space. The food is modern European with a strong emphasis on British ingredients. The menu changes seasonally and is flexible welcoming those that want a three course meal and guests needing a quick plate. Head Chef, Jon Atashroo, leads an incredible team who love to produce amazing and unforgettable food. As well as the seasonal l carte, exhibition themed set menus are presented. Alongside the food is a wine list that is modern and eclectic while also featuring classic bottles from Tates cellars. The wine list builds on the reputation of the Rex Whistler restaurants award-winning list and draws on the same core values of low margins and rare aged wines but its emphasis is on the less well-trodden areas of Europe and the New World. The bar, with stunning views over St Pauls and towards the Shard is open for non-diners serving a wide range of drinks.
