Very much enjoyed the chef’s tasting menu – especially the soup, fish and Eton Mess dishes – delicious. It was nice to experience fairly gourmet food in a lovely pub off the beaten track.
‘The Ultimate Date Pub’Nice and posh with wooden furnishings and spenny pints. More of a treat meal/place to take a girl as opposed to a good wee boozer for drinking. Perhaps worthy of a swift one before moving on for a game of darts in the Horseshoe. The food does look ace, perhaps I will return to celebrate a ~life milestone~ with my girlfriend.
