We happened to be in the Flat Iron Square one sunny Sunday afternoon and spotted this place which had a huge queue waiting to be seated. Intrigued, and hungry we joined the queue and I do not regret standing for half an hour a bit. They have a wide selection of savoury and sweet pancakes with vegetarian options. I went for the breakfast pancake which was delicious! They claim to serve pure maple syrup, and don’t care whether its pure or not it is pleasurable. They also have several options in drinks and lattes- very pretty to look at – matcha latte, turmeric latte and beetroot latte. Overall a very interesting place, helpful staff, good ambience, both indoor and outdoor seating, many options to choose from for both food and drinks, food is extremely tasty and good quality. Just one tip – book in advance and save the wait!
