Situated at the edge of the famous food market, Wright Brothers Borough Market is where this group of renowned seafood restaurants first began. The restaurant is relaxed, informal and full of life with an open kitchen and counter style seating. The menu mostly centres around daily specials, displayed on blackboards within the restaurant, but there is also a selection of signature dishes. Head chef Rob Malyons speciality is great ingredients cooked simply and includes classics such as the beef, Guinness & oyster pie and mussels cooked in white wine, shallots and parsley. The drinks list boasts an excellent selection of craft beers and ales, as well as seafood friendly wines and crowd pleasing cocktails.
