I paid 50% more for a breakfast that I pay at a Weatherspoons Pub but I never actually got to eat the breakfast. I waited over 30 minutes and was then approached by a waitress who asked me whether I’d like another coffee. I could not afford to wait nd just said ‘I’m off’. i was not offered a refund. They didn’t seem to be especially busy at the time.
The food was disappointingly average considering that the menu sounded very promising. The interior decor is fairly nice. The clientele is evidently exercise mums, so it’s good if babies in strollers are your thing. I won’t be going back and recommend giving it a miss, but decide for yourself.
My second visit to Arco this afternoon (7th Jan 2014) but sadly my last. Nice place (if very dark), good coffee, okay tapas… but the barman rather spoiled our trip by making inappropriate comments to my girlfriend when she went up to pay. Thankfully we were not charged for the lecherous bar service.
