What a find. Located on the High St near the junction with Hagley Road, it is owned but the irrepressible Roly who is always on hand to provide a personal service. We have learnt to dispense with the menu and put ourselves in his hands. Always delicious, always different, we have tried almost everything on offer. The tamarind sauce accompanying the poppadoms is piquant. The lamb is always tender and the okra is outstanding. You will have to book to secure a weekend table as it’s always busy with repeat custom.
