Our Head Chef, Loic Gratadoux and his team are dedicated to fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Inventing a daily changing a la carte menu, designed around the area's fine produce. Matching the right wine to a dish enhances the culinary experience, that's why we take grapes so seriously. Head Sommelier Charles Van Wyk takes pride in personally ensuring that the cellar is stocked with a worldly collection of vintages.
