The place is good. The staff is super fast professionals. The menu is all catered to English taste and wishes and you find every bit of east with chicken claws and duck toungue dim sums. Sorry but for some reason it didnot cater to my taste. The shredded chicken noodles that I ordered seemed so dried (saving on oil). Asked for salt and black pepper.. they did not had so couldnot enhance the taste.Rating 3 because overall it was ok.
I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants in Brighton, with Chinese people, and China Garden is one of the best in town. The place is very big, we always get a table!The waiters are really nice and speak very well!The food is all amazing and theres a lot of offer! Its closer to real Chinese food and not what we westerns think Chinese food is. The place is perfect to order several dishes and share!Ive been back once and will keep going back definitely!
The place was so close to where i lived but it was disappointing. Everytime i went there and had food it always felt like par cooked. I even asked the staff there that is it always like this and once i found egg shells in my swetcorn soup. All in all not at all recommended.
Awesome food. Loved the duck and pancakes they served and the pork dishes. Love to visit again. The staff are really nice and cordial. the dim sums were nice and soft too.
