Sad to say it’s closing as we enjoyed an excellent meal of mainly vegan food, which used spicy tasty sauces and some nice combinations of ingredients such as quinoa and sweet potato. It’ll be a shame if no one steps into the breach here!
Bistro 46 is a small, intimate restaurant where you find not only excellent food, wine and service but an array of fascinating and exotic objects displayed about the walls. Book in advance as opening times can be variable.
We had a family birthday dinner here and nearly filled the place up. The food was excellent and so was the staff. It’s only a small place on the town quay and should be booked, but it’s worth it.
