  I arrived in the restaurant around 9.00pm in good spirits. very friendly with the waitress.Offered her a drink, ordered a few drinks and the menu looked very good.Ordered at 9.15 olivers, tristans and my meal with a starter.The start arrived in 30 minutes, so was getting a bit concerned.30 minutes later my dinner arrives, but not the childrens, I look at the waitress questioningly, but she didn’t seem to cotton on.30 minutes later, I ask when is the kids dinner going to come, she asked what I had ordered, and the kids both told her. She went into the kitchen and came back and said that the kitchen had written it down and they did not have the food available that oliver and tristan ordered, we double checked to find they had the wrong order. She told us she’d get ont o it, and then we waited another 15 minutes for olivers food. We wait a bit more patiently, and I eventually asked her when tristans food was going to come. Waitress looked at me blankly, at which point i was loosing my temper. but I kept myself cool. She did order Tristans food, but as he’s 10 and it was late when it finally arrived 15 minutes later he couldt eat it because he was not hungry (was more tired).I explained to her she was really wrong for not double checking the orders. I waited for the bill. She gave the bill really quickly. She apologized took off her service charge and offered me a 10% discount off my next meal. This really pissed me off, as they had a 50% discount tastecard in the window.Utterly Pissed off with the place.
