Awesome service as soon as we came through the door. Food actually cane really quickly but was cooked well and the taste was out of this world. Recommend CaribSoul Sweet Fries for sure. Pricing is very reasonable as the food is very filling!
By far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. A friend and I went here for lunch today. We ordered goat curry with rice and peas but it was obvious that the rice was stale as it had a very bad smell before the plates had even touched the table. We notified the staff to let them know which was then followed up by the manager coming over clearly very angry. Before I was even given the chance to explain anything, he began to state that their rice is cooked fresh everyday and that it was impossible that our rice could be off. He then asked me whether I had ever tasted rice and peas before and that he was asking because I am from a foreign country (even though I am part Guyanese and part English) neither of which has anything to do with being able to identify stale food. He refused to smell our rice, continuously shouted and argued about being a Jamaican and therefore in a better position to determine whether his rice was off. My friend is half Antiguan and Nigerian and he did not ask her once where she’s from and on pointing that out conceded to give us half of our money back before disappearing into the back of the restaurant avoiding all contact. All in all, the food was rubbish, his attitude was even worse and he’s racist!
