Fish Lab was born by an idea of Andrea, Alessandro and Lorenzo, three Italian guys sharing the same passion for good seafood. At Fish Lab, we strive for culinary seafood excellence by paying close attention to the source and quality of our fish. We create experiences like no other by using in-season, local ingredients, including organic, sustainable vegetables and seafood.
