Our first Indigo Street Food of India restaurant was opened at Westfield Stratford in 2011. Since then, we have established ourselves as London’s ‘go to’ Indian street food experience. An experience that brings authentic traditional street food of India to life in a modern contemporary setting. Using the best quality fresh halal food and ingredients, brought to life in our Tandoori grills, woks and ovens, we create ‘food as theatre’ for all your senses. At our newest Indigo at Boxpark Croydon, we have introduced our first fully-electric Tandoor oven. Another contemporary twist to our traditional methods of cooking and serving authentic street food of India.
