About
Kubo is a Filipino-inspired startup group concept created by a family of restaurateurs from the Philippines. Having grown up with a love for food and eating, the group feel that Filipino food has always been underrepresented, and have set out to promote the cuisine internationally. Kubo was formed in early 2017 and have since been outdoor trading in Acklam Village, Portobello Road and Merchants Square. The group are now open for business in Boxpark, East Croydon! Kubos dishes are authentic, soulful and have been passed down through many generations.
