If youre tired of shopping and looking for a quick bite, but without compromising on flavours then this is where the search stops. Ordered pad Thai with tofu vegan version, loved it ! Cant go wrong with this place.
This was disastrous. I was attracted in by the aroma, I love Malaysian food and paid for the large meal deal. The chicken curry seemed to have oil floating on top of the sauce, and I watched as the woman spooned this onto my rice. I ordered the Rendang beef as my second meat choice and then asked for a coffee. I received a cup with a spoon of instant Nescaf in it. My first mouthful of rice revealed that the Malaysian curry had none of the richness and delicious flavour you get in any Malaysian restaurant; at either end of the scale. The chicken was stewed and limp and virtually flavourless. The beef Rendang was worse. I couldn’t taste any coconut at all, the beef was fatty and cheap and the flavour was actually unpleasant. I was very hungry, I am not a fussy eater and I generally eat everything even if I’m not that keen, but I had to leave my meal not even half eaten, such was the terrible quality of the food. Looking around the restaurant I could see others leaving their food unfinished too, I really don’t think there’s any excuse for turning out food of this standard, even in a cheap buffet style environment. Avoid at all costs ;06
