The Bay Tree is an all day restaurant with views of the stunning Stone Bay. The hotel restaurant is open to members of the public for breakfast (9.30-10.30am), lunch (12-3pm), afternoon tea (2-5pm) and dinner (6-9pm and 6-10pm on Saturdays). All ingredients are prepared on site. Enjoy Modern British food cooked using seasonal, Kentish produce and locally caught seafood. Sample dishes include Dover sole with lemon capers, pan-seared sirloin, buttered kale, turnips and confit duck leg, pearl barley, kohlrabi and spiced apple crumble with crme anglaise. Walk-ins are welcome although booking is recommended during the spring and summer months.
