Blakes is chic and trendy with regal interiors, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The menu of continental European food is full of inspiring options. I had the lobster pasta, which was delicious. They also serve artichoke hearts with truffle mayonnaise to nibble on, which I think is a really nice touch. A gorgeous little garden outside and small bar in the basemen. I great all-in-one for any time or occasion. Highly recommend!
Oh My God ! Awesome place for hightea. Im really recommend this place. Yummie Sanwichs. I don’t know how many scones did I have. Its just so delicious. You have to make a reservation making sure that you gonna have your own bird cage in the garden. So pretty !!!
I have been here once for their afternoon tea as recommended by friends. The environment was great the food however was not on par.Since it was not too busy we were led outside into the garden and seated in a private glass room shaped like a bird-cage. The surroundings was absolutely beautiful and serene, a great setting for a meal anytime of the day. When the afternoon tea set arrived through it was not the standard I was expecting, the sandwiches were dry and the desserts like their chocolate cakes were sickly sweet. The set came with champagne and that was probably the best part of the meal to be honest. It was expensive, 40 per head, so I definitely won’t be returning soon as I didn’t think the food was worth the price- despite the lovely ambience and surrounding.Perhaps dropping by for a cup of tea or coffee may be a better option.
Amazing pan Asian food in one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to! Cocktails in the bar afterwards are a must!
Needs a revamp Like something out of dodgy 70s
