Saturday, 15th. March, between 1800 and 1900, had four meals, one being Lasagne, worst I’ve ever had, could not eat at all, tasteless, dry, and overcooked around edging as though had been overcooked. Waitress was aware, said sorry, but still charged full price, did not want to make a scene at the restaurant, not my nature, but very, very, disappointed. Just visiting before seeing a show at the RAH. John Holness.
This was a terrible experience. Unless you are the hostess or manager’s friend, do not expect to ever be seated. Waited for over an hour while the hostess sat all her friends. That would have been fine had they not told us it was a ten minute wait. Silly place should be avoided. Walk down the street to any other restaurant, where customers are more important than the staff hanging out with their friends.
Cacciari’s – My second home. I have been living in the area for 6.5yrs and was so happy when Cacciari’s opened 2.5yrs ago! I am now coming 2-3 times a week there.. This is my second home!!!I simply love everything there. Marco and Stefano, the 2 owners will welcomed you in a warm atmosphere. The place is nice, the staff is very kind, and most importanlly… THE FOOD IS JUST DELICIOUS!!!!If like me you are an Italian fan… just go there and enjoy the BEST piandina’s in town!Also the price is very reasonable which is usually not the case in South Ken.
We had lunch to Cacciari’s and I have to say the food was really good! The place is very cosy and the staff is friendly! The piadina sandwich is amazing!
Cacciari’s restaurant. We went to this place the 6/07/2012, we found an incredible atmosphere the staff was very nice and professional we had piadina romagnola as a starter and believe me was better then Italy!! then we had a nice pasta with mushrooms and sausage, themain course was stunning bocconcini di pollo with polenta and sundried tomatoes !!and we paid 28 per headI extremely suggest this place
Careless attitude. Had lunch here today (Sun 22 April 2012). The main course fish was undercooked so sent back. They chucked it in the bin and then asked me what I wanted. Cooked fish of course ! Pleasant staff but uncaring. Included Service Charge (which was not paid) on bill ! Will not go back.Starter OK.
A bar trying to be a restaurant. Unsuccessfully. At both. Do not bother coming here.
