Not sure if the people working here are human… took forever to get served/ get our bill then I was accused of taking my time to leave ( my daughter was in the toilet) horrible people… the food was dreadful … the chillies on my jalfrezi had definitely been cut the day before if not reused… stay well away…
Awful place. Food was mediocre for an establishment in such a setting, but most of all the staff were all incredibly rude. Took ages to serve us, rowed back at us when we complained when they tried to add extra ‘items’ and charges to the bill of things we didn’t get. Would never go back, and would recommend to stay as far away as possible.
Food: IndianAtmosphere: Cosy, FriendlyPrice: Around 25 for two peopleReview: This restaurant proposes for less than 10 a lunch buffet. Even if there is not a variety of meals, the cuisine is very good especially the lamb. You can choose only between main and desserts (fruits mainly). The owners are very friendly and give you information concerning the ingredients of their cuisine. This restaurant is quite accessible in terms of price: around 12 per person but also in terms of location: really close to South Kensington tube. This is an great place to go, if you are looking for something simple, good, affordable. Here you know what you are paying for.
The worst restaurant ever. This place was pathetic. Food was stale, service was terrible and price was high. This place is not clean and people are dishonest in their billing. We went there for buffet and left without finishing. Went to the place next door for crepes and finished our meals there. I would stay away from this place.
Terrible. Beautiful restaurant, went in sat down and despite there being only one other table for 3 staff to attend to, it took them half an hour for them to come to our table and take our order, the waiter made the excuse that he was having a long conversation on the phone. My prawn madras arrived in good time, luke warm as though it had come straight out of the microwave (it also arrived in cheap microwavable bowls) the curry was like a cross between baby food and something that had been processed beyond description. it was watery, tasteless and not worth the energy it took to eat it. The rice was salty and dry. My peshwari naan was quite nice but all the food went cold very quickly despite the measly portions. Plates were being taken away from our table as we ate which i found very rude and made me feel as though i had to rush my meal. When we finally finished we waited half an hour for our bill whilst the waiters were shouting each other and busying themselves by rearranging tables. Our bill arrived with a 10% service charge added on which we refused to pay, the staff also attempted to charge us extra for items on our bill. When we expalined why we refused to pay the service charge, he shouted at us and told us the shouting was none of our business. We paid and walked out. Never will i grace that place with my presence again. Poor food and even poorer service.
