  We have ordered pizza from this establishment on multiple occasion and it has always been well cooked and delivered in a timely fashion. However on this occasion they delivered the wrong pizzas, it should be noted that the delivery person was incredibly understanding and helpful.However the person who I spoke to on the phone was unfortunately less useful. Initially he claimed that the order was correct, and after accepting that attempted to fob us off with the promise of a discount on our next order. Over the next 5 minutes we were bombarded with stalling tactics, claiming amongst other things new pizzas would take over an hour, they are now here just under half an hour later. Finally and after no small amount of complaining, he offered us the ability to order some more pizzas at a 5 discount. This is obviously not sufficient but we grudgingly accepted nonetheless.When ordering from here I would highly recommend that others check the orders before accepting. I will again say that the pizzas are usually of acceptable quality and delivered quickly. Just some common decency and customer service would be appreciated, as well as delivering the right pizzas first time.

  Not any where near authentic Italian pizza but was lovely baked brown quick fix pizza excellent! Do not go looking for a fine experience I see this as more of a take out quick fix option
