We take an artisan approach to our gelato, making it with 100% natural ingredients using organic Jersey milk and cream from Somerset. Our sorbetto is handmade using the goodness of seasonal fresh fruits. Whats more, we have a delicious range of lactose and gluten-free choices. GREAT BRITISH FARE MEETS ITALIAN FLAIR! We combine the best of both worlds, working directly with British farmers for locally sourced ingredients, then mixing them up with the love and passion our Italian chefs bring to handmaking each and every batch of our gelato using traditional methods
