Reasonably priced, good service and decent food. Not the greatest atmosphere in some corners and clearly not a high end restaurant but a decent meal out if you’re stuck for somewhere in the area. Was also full at 10pm which is always a good sign
Amazing food, lying waiter, 3 wrong bills. We went to this cosy little italian place in South Kensington. Ordered our food and exchanged Salami for Spicy Salami on the Pizza quadro Stagioni. We had a wonderful evening till we ordered the bill. On the bill they had charged us extra for the spicy Salami (42.19 Pounds in stead of 41.09). We mentioned that and the waiter told us he will bring a new bill without the 1pound (+service), which was extra charged. He came back with a bill of 47.14pouns. We mentioned again that there was now a starter on we never had. He told us he would bring now the correct bill. Unfortunately the third bill was 45.16, where he now charged 2 large instead of 1 large and 1 small glass of wine. When we mentioned that he told us we had 2 beer, not one and got really ugly. In the end we paid the first bill (incl service) without leaving the extra tip we wanted to give, as we were even not allowed to see the manager. This place has amazing food, but the service and how mistakes made by the personnel are handled is more then just bad, it s worse.
Nice little restaurant with good service and decent prices, even though it was right around the corner from the big museums. Italian beer on tap, good food portions, great espresso; the only thing we were missing was grappa at the end. Nice wee restuarant, quick service and really nice pizza!
