The staff were extremely helpful on arrival, we had a drink in the seating area near the entrance, we were one of the first to arrive and we were disappointed that at 2.00pm no one came to seat us as we saw others going in, we ended up going up to the desk and asked to be seated. Once there, the service was perfect, the menu was great, the food was top quality. The Beauty and the Beast decorations were amazing, the only slightly frustrating thing was that we asked to have a picture with cogsworth as there was only a couple of him and the manager quite abruptly said no, however the waiters were far more accommodating and brought one over, let us have a photo then took it away. There was lots of food, we couldn’t finish it all and we had a great time, it is definitely worth the money. Very special day out.
