I'm Terry, the owner of the Ideal Fish and Chip Shop. In 1982 the Ideal was born! I took over In 2008 & we completely revamped the shop in 2009. I am a proud 3rd generation Fish Fryer, following the footsteps of my father and grandfather who have owned fish & chip shops since the 60s. I've been taught the traditional methods of cooking fish and chips but we have included modern techniques as well to bring the best quality product. We only buy the best and freshest ingredients to serve up a delicious takeaway meal. Hope to see you soon, Terry
