tasty dessert and latte (even if I have asked for an half shot of coffee and it came up the opposite). not that impressed with the amaretto coffee shake though. about the customer service not really happy. a girl could not even pronounce what it was written on the menu. also too pricy !! for what you can see from the pic we have been charged 18. Felt like on Italy when in England. I visited ca’puccino in Heathrow airport when i stopped in London and i had a quick delicious snack. The menu is very rich. The sandwiches are named after italian cities, i loved that. Totally stopping there on my next flight!
I stopped by for a quick dessert around a few days ago and completely enjoyed my late-afternoon snack. Apart from its surprisingly satisfying, amusing menu, offering a variety of food named after well known Italian cities, both the service and atmosphere within Ca’puccino are impeccable. Being the book-geek that I am, I was relished when eating my traditional ‘torta’ whilst sitting in a beautiful white armchair, surround by a variety of shelved books.

Guys, tell you what this place is just what we needed to unwind and relax after a long trip and shopping around.They have a wide selection of speciality coffee and deserts ,but what we really impressed were by the superlative service we received from the manager (would like to mention his name-Malik) We were sat upstairs as the ground floor was jam packed made some very good recommendations on the food ,the coffee and the desert and all turned out to be great and considering the restaurant was packed we were given a warm and very friendly service that you receive in star hotels,Absolutely loved every minute we spend here ,will surely be going back -This time for their home-made ice creamsDont know why there are so many negative reviews about service this place is a excellent way to unwind and relax compared to starbucks or cafe nero
