Chai naasto is a lovely little place located 5-minutes walking distance from Hammersmith station. The place gets busy during weekends and you would probably make a reservation in advance so that you can get a table. I loved the vibe of the place and they provide excellent service. Full marks for the staff who were very warm, friendly and always attentive. In terms of food we had the lamb samosa chat which was great, the best thing I had here was the masala cheese nan (best thing ever!). For the mains we had jafar bhai’s kheema slider, tandoori sea bass, khan chacha’s seekh paratha, chicken chettinad and steamed rice. The fish was tasty, but I would rather prefer it as a curry. Rest of the dishes were good, but not exceedingly tasty. You can’t leave this place without having the masala chai especially as they serve it in the authentic Indian tea pot and glass with extra free top-up.
