We’ve never eaten Afghani food before so very helpful.I consider myself good at cooking Aubergine but theirs was so soft & delicate so superior to my attempts.the Main meal was HUGE – far too much for our needs as retirees. – BUT if a person is young or does hard daily work would find the size adequate. excellent value for money. food fresh & balanced between protein, carbohydrates & vegetable.
