This place has now changed its name to Le Petit Citron although the menu is basically the same. The food is delicious and the staff are clued in to avoiding gluten contamination for coeliacs. The old building decor is lovely.

Theres a certain kind of draw to Mustard, a classic brasserie in Brook Green, that lures you in when you pass by the restaurant. The golden yellow upholstery on the seats and benches, mixed with the light chartreuse and natural, earthy tones of the restaurant design make Mustard as visually appealing as it is a culinary delight. I was looking for a quick breakfast on weekday morning, and was delighted to find Mustard served breakfast until the early afternoon. I opted for a warm, toasted crumpet, served with soft Cornish butter that melted into the crevices in the bread perfectly. I slathered a fruit jam on top, which added just the right amount of sweetness. I then decided on poached duck eggs served with Treacle glazed bacon and toast. It was absolutely delicious, with the eggs perfectly poached and the bacon crisped just to my liking. I also enjoyed a Hedgerow Fizz, one of Mustards signature cocktails of Prosecco and elderflower, sweetened with a hint of lime juice and served with a cucumber garnish. Totally refreshing. The service at Mustard was just as wonderful as the food. A laid-back atmosphere with friendly servers and a staff that paid attention to our needs and made sure our meal was just right. When it comes to seasonal, responsibly sourced food, Mustard is the place to go. Its got the neighborhood vibe that I love, with the service and quality I desire. I definitely recommend Mustard!

Great new British brasserie opening on Shepherds Bush Road, nice to see the old Cafe Rouge cleaned up and refreshed to this new offering. We chose the set lunch menu of minute steak with herb butter served with hand cut chips and their in house mustard sauce followed by Almond and blood orange cake and a roast Rhubarb and set custard… Perfect for a quick work lunch
